Here are some links to some of the products that I use and find helpful.
Glutamine. I don’t know if you’ve seen the trend of drinking celery juice on an empty stomach, but this alternative is much easier to have every day and has many of the same health benefits. Plus it is lower in sodium than celery juice.
Thyroid Support. This supplement contains B vitamins, iodine, selenium, copper, manganese, and many more things targeting your thyroid. You take this supplement twice a day or you can mix with the Adrenal Support and take one per day.
Adrenal Support. This supplement has many different vitamins and minerals meant to target adrenal fatigue including Vitamin C, more B vitamins, ginger extract and more. You can take two a day or take with Thyroid Support.
